HubSpot Solutions Architect
About this role
We’re seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our RevOps team in Viseu as a Diamond Partner. You’ll design and implement enterprise HubSpot solutions that increase revenue efficiency by 40% and integrate with Microsoft ecosystems, Salesforce, and custom applications. Work with C-level executives across SaaS, technology, and professional services companies throughout Europe.
What you’ll do
Solution architecture & design
- Design end-to-end HubSpot architectures across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
- Build complex integration strategies connecting HubSpot with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and enterprise systems
- Architect custom workflows, automation, and data synchronization for multi-system environments
- Define RevOps frameworks that align marketing, sales, and customer success operations
Technical leadership & delivery
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map business requirements to HubSpot capabilities
- Develop custom HubSpot applications and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and serverless functions
- Implement data migration strategies from legacy CRMs ensuring data integrity and business continuity
- Mentor junior consultants and developers on HubSpot best practices and technical solutions
