Dynamics 365 Consultant
About this role
We’re seeking a Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our consulting team in Viseu. You’ll lead end-to-end implementations that reduce operational costs by 30-40% and transform business processes for clients across manufacturing, retail, and services industries. Work directly with C-level stakeholders while delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Operations.
What you’ll do
Client engagement & discovery
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and C-level executives
- Conduct business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Design solution architectures that align with client business objectives and ROI targets
- Create detailed functional specifications and implementation roadmaps
Solution delivery & implementation
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, F&O) based on client requirements
- Develop integration strategies connecting D365 with existing enterprise systems
- Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 cloud platform
- Deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for client teams
